An extensive modern fleet of fully refrigerated vehicles that covers the South coast of England, travelling just inside the M25 in the North down to the East Sussex borders across to the West as far as Dorset and the Wiltshire borders to the North East. All our goods delivered are of the freshest quality possible. Each order is treated with the same level of professionalism and service. From bistros, colleges, corporate hospitality specialists, hospitals, nursing homes, public houses and restaurants to schools and universities..

Transport
All vehicles purchased in the last three years have an Euro 6 rating and have had their engine management system upgraded to increase fuel economy by 10 per cent and reducing unburned fuel and emissions, thus optimising engine performance for the loads anticipated. All last vans are restricted to 65 mph. We have targeted fuel usage by reviewing journey distances and adjusting delivery rounds. This has been reinforced by the use of satellite navigation and a vehicle tracking devices. Results so far have been encouraging and we will continue monitoring and updating where possible. The temperature of the vans are constantly monitored and the temperature recorded twice a day as per the general rules concerning the carriage of chilled foodstuffs, contained in EU Regulation 852/2004 and supplemented by the Food Hygiene Regulations. The vehicle fridges are calibrated annually by Direct Diesel Refrigerator Ltd. Where possible we reduce our food miles by back hauling produce on our transport when passing through various growers in our distribution area of Hampshire, Dorset, Sussex, Surrey and Wiltshire. Vehicles are regularly maintained and subject to daily safety and hygiene checks.
